I won't pay for #YouTube Why would I want to? $1.99 is pretty high compared to #Netflix streaming movies for $8.00 per month.

When I was a child, after my father died, there were two beautiful and kind older women - Anne and Julia - who befriended my mother. New Mexicans called them "those Yankee women" - tough, independent, strong-willed, opinionated and brilliant. They had headed West when they were both very young and more than a little pioneering, working on the Indian reservations as nurses and conservationists, becoming experts in All Things Navajo Land over the course of their long and unusual professional lives. Julia was also a poet and a writer.
When they retired they settled in Albuquerque, not too far from my mother and we saw them often in their Spanish style home, which I not so secretly wanted to move into with them. Underage users are not exempt.
Athough Instagram says people must be at least 13 years old to sign up for the service, the new terms note that if a teenager signs up, they are agreeing that a parent or guardian is aware that their image, username and photos can also be used in ads.
How can they do this? A minor can't enter in to a contract.

Trying SnapSeed. Does have more options and a bit of a learning curve.
Since Instagram announced they can sell any photo I have posted, I won't be using it any longer. I backed up my photos last night and closed my account.
If you use Instagram after January 16, 2013, you've agreed even if you don't like it. The only way to keep Instagram from being able to sell your photo is to close your account. http://bit.ly/UOjYtp

When I was a SAHD, I didn't really look very hard for a community of other SAHDs with which to connect. I wish I had. Let's hope this community can grow far beyond its humble beginning, with its 10-second logo and stream-of-consciousness first post.
