An interesting, if controversial, talk. I agree with Rupert Sheldrake on some of his ideas, but definitely not all of them. As a neuroscientist, I specifically take issue with his comments on the brain, mind, and telepathy. But, maybe that's my indoctrination and lack of creative thought talking. Regardless, I'm glad there are people like Rupert to shake the tree of the scientific institution, and don't think this talk should have been removed from the TED website. God knows, there are a million other talks still on the site by people more crackpot than he. Thoughts?

"Tuna Melt" by A-Trak is one of the most elaborate Rube Goldberg videos we've ever seen. Purists may notice a few edits, but the overall effect is still amazing.

Your Genes Are Not Your Fate: Change Your Lifestyle, Change Your Genes

Dr. Dean Ornish, a well-known doctor who has been on television and in documentaries talking about the connection between our genes and the way we live our lives, will teach you about the science of being healthy. Sign up for this Hangout On Air, and post your questions for Dr. Ornish below.

I'm trying to find a study I remember reading within the past few months about memory. The gist is that even though you are given correct information with which to update your memory, your mind is most likely to access the incorrect memory. And, just the act of recalling the incorrect info makes it stick in your brain a bit more.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Am I ringing any bells here?
Halp!
