Every day the Google+ Spam and Abuse team takes down thousands of spammy posts based on a variety of automated signals, but our Google+ community plays a key role in bringing abusive posts to our attention.
Submitting a report has been burdensome: 5 clicks just to report spam. So starting today, we’ve simplified the reporting process and cut the number of clicks to 2.
Next time you spot a post that doesn’t belong on Google+, give the new reporting process a try: Hover over the top right of the post to reveal the options menu, click, and then choose “Report spam or abuse.”

I've tried to illustrate how you can connect an existing YT channel with an existing G+ Page.
You have an already existing YT channel.
You have an already existing G+ Profile, which is the owner of a page.
Now you want to connect your YT channel to that page.
You cannot connect it directly, because there is no logical relation between your accounts. They are two separate accounts in two separate universes.
To make this link, you have to create a G+ profile for your YT account, thus opening a wormhole between YT an G+. This will basically just be a dummy profile, or if you want, you can use it for real.
Now...your YT G+ Profile still doesn't know anything about the page you have on your other G+ profile, so you have to make your YT G+ profile the manager of that page.

You might have seen a bunch of news about Spinnakr today. What does it do? Lets website owners change their content based on a new form of real-time analytics. I've been asked many times how to use Hangouts to build a list, how to show them in private just for my members, or basically - how to do what some currently do with GotoMeeting without the extensive price tag.
Here's a WordPress plugin that allows you to do all that, and then some. And super easy to use and simplifies the entire process.
What's left now is just creating high value webinars hangouts that people want to attend. :)

Do you hate animated GIF's? My somber visit to 9/11 Memorial
I was just looking at my vacation photos from yesterday and Google+ showed me this set which it automatically converted into an animated GIF.
I used Google Glass to shoot it, took something like seven images very quickly by pushing the camera button on top of the glass while not moving. I was just standing up. Turns out your head is a very good stable platform for photography.
It's interesting to see the kind of vitriol that animated GIFs cause. But I like them a lot and it's one MAJOR differential from Facebook. I guess if you don't like them, Facebook is a good alternative.
But I do wish they had some controls. For instance, I wish they would only run for 15 seconds and then stop animating.
