+Toyota USA and advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi LA collaborated with Google and employed Joystick Interactive to build the social shopping app "Toyota Collaborator," which is being demoed at the Google I/O conference this week.
The shopping app allows consumers to construct their perfect, dream car, ask their questions with a salesman online and even take friends on a virtual test-drive.

Dyskograf is a music experiment created by Avoka, a collection of new media artists and producers. The project consists of a graphical disk drive, the music is created by the user drawing on the disk with a marker.
In this way the experience becomes a highly visual one. It expands the language of music drawing from the visual arts. But perhaps the most interesting possibility for this experiment is its easy-to-use form, allowing for anyone to create music regardless of talent.
As the barriers to music creation break down, the possibilities will only increase for more immersive, imaginative, and engaging sonic experiences.

In today’s society, people can now decide if, when and how they interact with brands. Consequently, our definition of great creative work is changing. Today, people can choose the ads they want to engage with, which opens the door to fresh thinking about how to make them more relevant.

In the past two days, we’ve covered two trends in digital creativity: connected objects and re-imagined canvases. Today, the third trend we will be highlighting in this 6-part series is the idea of Useful Marketing.

There was a time when only editors of the world’s style bibles got the chance to sit on the front row of a fashion show, when the catwalk was the exclusive domain of top models, and when stylists and makeup artists were the only ones lucky enough to join in the backstage excitement of London Fashion Week.

We're working with brands like Volkswagen, Burberry and adidas, as well as filmmakers, creative directors and technologists, to explore how brands can connect with consumers through a whole range of digital tools—including ads, mobile apps and social experiences.

Samsung impressed everyone on the city streets when they launched a billboard featuring a remotely-located artist on a two-way digital screen. He drew caricatures of everyone who passed by in real-time. Instead of pencil and paper, the artist drew portraits on a Samsung Note 10.1. via +PSFK
