行ってきました。
幻想的な世界に感動！！

ペスカトーレロッソを作りました。

具材は海老、帆立、イカで、今回は野菜を入れず、
雑味なしのシーフードの旨味重視です。

今回のトマトソースもシンプルにダイストマト、トマトピューレを
弱火で煮込み塩、砂糖で味付け、最後にＥＸバージンでフレーバー
を付けて冷ます。

安売りしているトマトの缶詰、やはり有機トマト缶や、イタリアトマトと比べると
コクがありませんので、少量の砂糖を入れると、ほんのり甘味とコクがでて美味しく
なりままままます。

パスタはもちろんアルデンテ。

硬めに茹でて、濃厚なトマトソースに吸わせるのがこだわり。
仕上げは大葉のジュリアン、ブラックペッパー、
