Wow...did not see this coming. The new G+ quite a surprise this morning. Not sure what I think about it, but I do know I was NOT able to upload photos from my computer. Only able to upload from my Google photo album. Any ideas about that?

Well yesterday I was keen to make the most of my free afternoon and had been planning on getting up to Burns Beach for a shoot. For a while I thought I wasn't going to make it out but was so desperate too. I left without time to put on some warmer clothes so was shooting in a singlet but I realised after the sun had set that I had completely forgot that I was actually a bit cold!
The light was absolutely brilliant. I was amazed and so happy to be capturing it! Really one of the most intense sunset I have seen in a while! Shooting directly into such an intense sunset is challenging but I think I managed alright.. Intense reds are always tricky to control.
Of all nights too, there were no other photographers around, I had the place to myself (and two fisherman).
