This is getting old quickly... Is anyone else seeing this?

My stream is filled with crap I have already seen. I get notification of 1200 new or some such insane number then scroll down to see crap that I read 2 days ago... and it wasn't that interesting then either... 

So where is the 1200 new stories? No idea... No matter how far down I scroll, I can't find that much new content...

 Please fix this.

Okay, So you can use the More drop down to select single column for your stream if you don't like the 3 column look...

At least now it puts it in the middle.... but damn look at all that white space on both sides now...

Yeh this not refreshing on it's own is weird and when you do refresh it pulls you to the top and you lose your place. 

Plus the flow changes when you refresh. This layout only lends it'self to no linear browsing.

Do I read across or up and down. 

I'm getting a headache.
