In this group are people waiting to be followed, while others are looking to add variety to their circles.
I included several photographers +Charles Lupica who asked for help in getting their names out to G+'rs because they have great work though less than 7500 followers.
For me, it's all about helping one another find the right people to connect to, which may be different by next week ;-)
That's the greatest thing about Google, you can add & delete as many circles as you want.
The best way to find people or new content for your Stream is to add a circle, check out the Stream for a week, keep those that you like and return the rest to the grid. You can always add them again later on when the time is right for you.
